Big Sister Kelsey

Kelsey is very excited (maybe too excited) to be a big sister. She is always wanted to hold, cuddle, sing to, and play with her little sister (did I mention poke, pull and squeeze?). She has a hard time understanding that she must be gentle with and careful around Everly, and she doesn't entirely understand why Everly didn't come into this world able to play with her.

Kelsey has done fairly well with welcoming Everly into our family. She's a little needy for our attention, and has acted out a little, but overall she's done very well and the little bit of negative behaviour we've seen is to be expected. In time, I think she will be a terrific big sister.
